Description
The course Science Communication of Biodiversity is to strengthen students’ academic writing and science communication skills within the field of biodiversity sciences. The course is structured to integrate natural and social science perspectives, enabling students to effectively communicate complex biodiversity issues such as climate change, conservation decision-making, and ecological sustainability to both academic and non-academic audiences. Through lectures, readings, and practical assignments, students are trained in scientific thinking and scholarly writing, particularly using the IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) structure.
