Description
Conservation Biology is a multidisciplinary scientific field that places a strong emphasis on applying conservation theories to achieve management, policy, and education goals. This course offers students a unique opportunity to blend their knowledge of 'Conservation Biology' and design educational activities aimed at conveying the principles of biodiversity conservation to the public. Throughout this course, students will collaborate with guest lecturer Mr. Wei-Wang Kuo at NTU Museum of Zoology and actively participate in the organization of the 'NTU Children's Museum (台大假日兒童博物館)' event, scheduled from mid-April to mid-May.

Course Objective
After completing this course, students will be able to:
1.Design an activity to stress the importance in biodiversity conservation
2.Identify main causes of biodiversity crises
3.Transforming abstract knowledge content in conservation biology into language that everyone can easily understand.
