Morning:

·  Welcome Address and introduction to the principles of biodiversity conservation by Professor Ting Chau-Ti, Director of the Master’s Program in Biodiversity Conservation, College of Life Sciences, National Taiwan University

·  Program Overview of Voices for the Environment 2025 (Taiwan) by Ms. Isabelle Lee, CEO of Ren Epic Pte Ltd (Singapore)

·  Brainstorming Session and group discussion to develop initial ideas for the audio plays 

Afternoon:

·  Introduction to Scriptwriting using the Vactors web app: overview of features and formatting

·  Understanding the Judging Criteria: a walkthrough of the evaluation rubrics to guide participants in producing high-quality scripts

·  Script Development Begins: Participants form pairs and begin drafting the main content of their audio plays, focusing on character dialogue, emotional expression, and how the story unfolds

Morning:

·  Introduction to the Vactors scripting format for incorporating sound effects, background music, and images into the script

·  Participants continue developing their scripts by designing these multimedia elements and planning where they will be placed

·  Participants begin sourcing suitable audio and image materials to match the elements they've scripted 

Afternoon:

·  Script development continues with a focus on integrating the sourced materials into the script

Morning:

·  Voice acting training to enhance the delivery of content through podcasting

·   Participants will finalize their scripts and prepare them for recording

·   A short tutorial will guide them through the recording process on the Vactors web app

·   Participants will record their audio plays and make any necessary edits. This may include refining dialogue, adjusting audio levels, or modifying visuals, before publishing their final podcast. 

Afternoon:

·   Selected podcasts will be showcased and discussed as a group

·   A summary of the key concepts and skills learned over the three days will be provided.

·   Participants will be encouraged to share their podcasts and scripts with friends, inviting them to join the movement and raise awareness about biodiversity conservation by lending their voices and taking part in the storytelling.

·   Closing remarks and conclusion of the workshop
